Human Resources Manager (Part-Time, Remote)
Experienced HR Manager needed (remote, 2–3 days/week) to support two manufacturing sites. Strong ER, ADP, and multi-shift experience required. High-impact HR partner role in operations.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to support a growing manufacturing organization across two production locations. This is a fully remote, part-time opportunity (2–3 days per week) offering flexibility while playing a highly visible role supporting operations leadership and workforce initiatives.
This role serves as a key HR partner to leadership, supporting employee relations, recruitment, HR operations, and workforce planning within a fast-paced, multi-shift manufacturing environment.
Job Duties
Act as the primary HR partner to plant leadership and supervisors across two locations
Provide guidance on employee relations, investigations, discipline, and terminations
Support workforce planning and people strategies aligned with operational needs
Manage high-volume recruitment (typically 5–20 active roles)
Lead onboarding and orientation for new hires
Manage HR data and processes within ADP Workforce Now
Process payroll-related updates including job changes, schedules, and employee information
Maintain accurate HR records and communicate updates to payroll
Support employee relations matters and conduct workplace investigations
Build and maintain strong relationships with leaders and employees across shifts
Track and report on workforce metrics including turnover, absenteeism, and overtime
Partner with Health & Safety to reinforce safe work practices
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will bring:
8–12 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within manufacturing or industrial environments
Experience supporting multi-shift operations and working closely with operations leaders
Strong employee relations experience including investigations, discipline, and terminations
Experience managing recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now and payroll-related HR processes
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to balance strategic HR support with hands-on operational execution
CHRP designation is considered an asset, but not required
